The two main categories of a computer is the Hardware which stands for physical and the software which stands for the mental. So, all the parts of a computer that are on the outside would be in the hardware category and all the parts that are inside or are would be on the software category. Of these categories of a computer the main parts of the computer categories are the sub categories. In the diagram these sub categories are the topics which are under hardware and software. The parts for each sub category are the parts of a computer that belong to that sub category and that category.
